Your Path to Villa Siena Starts Here
At Villa Siena, we open our doors and hearts to seniors aged 60 and older who are looking for a warm, vibrant community to call home. Rooted in Catholic values, we welcome residents of all faiths to join our mission-driven, inclusive environment where dignity, compassion, and connection thrive.
Whether you’re living independently, need a little support, or require skilled nursing care, Villa Siena is here for you. Here are the levels of care we offer:
- Independent Living: Ideal for active seniors who enjoy community living.
- Assisted Living: Personalized support while maintaining independence.
- Skilled Nursing Care 24/7 care for residents who need more attention, often available to current Villa Siena residents.
Admissions process
We've streamlined our admissions process to make it as simple and welcoming as possible.
- INQUIRY: Fill out an inquiry form so we can learn about your unique situation and we will connect with you upon review.
- APPLY: Submit a completed Preliminary Application, Health Questionnaire, and Financial Worksheet to begin the review process. (These forms will be provided to you after the first inquiry step.)
- WAIT LIST: When you're ready, we will ask you to submit a $100 non-refundable fee to join our wait list.
- HEALTH: Once a room becomes available, we will ask you to reconfirm your interest and complete a health assessment with our Director of Nursing.
- WELCOME HOME: Submit the final admissions packet, pay the $1,500 processing fee and first month’s rent, and plan your move-in day.
Health Overview
Residents must be able to get to and from the dining room independently, with or without a walker or self-propelled wheelchair. Rates are based on your level of care and assessed needs.
Please note: While we’re not licensed for memory care, we can accommodate mild cognitive impairment following a health assessment.
Financial Overview
The Villa Siena Foundation helps eligible residents remain in our care even after their finances are exhausted. Rates are based on your level of care and assessed needs. Additional charges may apply for optional rates and services.
Independent Living
- Studio: $8,500/month
- One Bedroom: $9,500/month
- Additional Person: +$2,500/month
Assisted Living
- Studio: $10,000/month
- One Bedroom: $11,000/month
- Additional Person: +$4,000/month
Skilled Nursing
- Private Room: $530/day
- Shared Room: $475/day
